To open PDF's you must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If the PDF form is a fill in form, you may use Adobe Reader to fill it it in. Be advised, even if you complete the PDF form using Adobe Reader, the completed forms cannot be saved or emailed. You will need to print and mail them.
