Our Mission

To win and disciple to Jesus Christ and to the Kingdom of God the people represented in our district:  Anglos, Asians, African-Americans, Haitians and Hispanics --


Through the development of new churches and restarting and refocusing churches in need of these methods.

Our Vision

To start twenty new churches and help them to achieve the status of self-supporting, self-propagating, self-governing and self-reproducing - becoming missional churches, by the year 2008.
