"Together, Strengthening Team Central Churches
And Pertnering With Them In Starting New Ones"
Dear Team Central Family. . . .
It doesn't say it all, but in a few short words
it describes what we are attempting to become;
"Together, strengthening Team
Central churches and partnering with them in starting new ones."

Together: We like to call ourselves Team Central.
No single, big shot churches. Rather an interconnected team of believers,
achieving common missional goals.

Strengthening: Our mission statement becomes
reality as we look more like a resource center and less like a district
office. Our goal is to come along side local pastors and churches. To walk
with them and resource them with intercessory prayer, coaching, training
and the development of mission action plans.

Partnering: All of the above! Together, coming
along side, and sharing resources exemplifies a relationship that connects
true ministry partners.

Starting: Or birthing (if you prefer) new
churches. Local churches with a new start vision, and the District
Resource Center, sharing the dream, partnering with the planting congregation
- magic happens!
I am encouraged daily by the progress we are
making under the Spirit's leadership. Yet, there's a long way to go, and
we are willing to pay the price to get there because the Churches of the
Nazarene in Central Florida possess a shared commitment: Together, strengthening
Team Central Churches and partnering with them in starting new ones.
When Team Central Nazarenes allow the Lord to
break our hearts for lost people and spend time privately and corporately
crying out to God for the Lost around us and spend more time focusing on
the eternally lost around us and less time on the selfish needs inside
our churches . . . lives will be changed, dreams will be realized and our
instrument panels will reflect the ministries of healthy churches.
